This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains the collection, use, and disclosure of “personal information” by op5 AB (“op5”). This Privacy Policy includes products and services provided through a website that op5 operates, (“Website”).

op5 reserves the right to update and change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Each time a user uses the Website, the current version of the Privacy Policy applies. Accordingly, a user should check the date of this Privacy Statement (which appears at the bottom) and review for any changes since the last version.

1. The Information op5 Collects

5.1 Out of special concern for children’s privacy, op5 does not knowingly accept online personal information from children under the age of 13. op5 does not knowingly allow children under the age of 13 to become registered members of our Website, or buy products and services on our Website. op5 does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information about children under 13. If op5 becomes aware that a user is under the age of 13 and has provided personally identifiable information without prior verifiable parental or guardian consent, it will remove user’s personally identifiable information from its files.

6.1 Our access to the user’s personal information is limited to employees who possibly may come in contact with such information in order to provide products and services for the user or in order for the employees to carry out their duties.
