op5 LogServer release 3.0.4

This is a bugfix release. Some of the bugs fixed in this release is:

- 0001220: [rotate] Spider add wrong rows in tables_registry
- 0001218: [gui] Unable to create user with name that starts with digit.
- 0001231: [install/upgrade] Settings dublicated in pgsql after migration.
- 0001217: [install/upgrade] missing migration script for report
- 0001226: [gui] Invalid line present in generated report when opened in firefox.
- 0001227: [gui] query help popup is not consistent with other popups
- 0001228: [gui] months/days are displayed as "in_db" when they are not in db, but have failed hours
- 0001229: [gui] Add user with name that already present in the Name User list without any warnings.
- 0001156: [gui] Hide Filter and Tail drop down menu.

Attention!
Users who use op5 Monitor to monitor filters in op5 LogServer have to wait with the update for a few more days. An updated version of check_ls_log that supports op5 LogServer 3 is on it's way.
