All information needed to guide you through the initial install of your new op5 system, including necessary check lists can be found in the op5 Installation Preparation Guide. The guide will also walk you through the delivery process from signing to when the system is delivered, up and running and your checks are configured.
Below you can find a short list of the absolute minimum required actions to prepare for installation.
- Customer data sheet (or equivalent document) has to be completed and sent to op5 at least 3 days before installation. The customer data sheet can be downloaded here.
- The network needs to be open to the op5 Monitor server on ports: 443/tcp(SSL), 22/tcp(SSH), 162/udp (SNMP Trap), 514/tcp (Syslog). All ports from the OP5 Monitor Server needs to be open.
- IP address/hostname to email, DNS and NTP servers.
- SNMP community to hosts that will be checked using SNMP.
- SIM card to the GSM modem with the PIN code removed.
- A agent for every server type needs to be installed.
