op5 Statistics manual
Introduction op5 Statistics is built upon the open source project Cacti. In op5 Statistics we also included:
  • Network Weather Map
  • Agregate plugin
Beside that we also built a Schedule reports functionality.

Scheduled reports
Introduction In op5 Statistics you have the possibility to schedule reports with a number of graphts sent to one or more email addresses. It's easy to use it and as soon as you have defined a graph you will be able to send a start schedule reports.
Add A Scheduled Report At the bottom of the main menu in the "Console" you will find:

Click on that link and follow the small guide below:
  1. Click on the "Add" link to start adding a new scheduled report
  2. First fill in:

    Name: A frindly name for the report, will also be the subject of the mail sent out
    Report Interval: How often the report is going to be sent: Daily|Weekly|Monthly

    Click on the "Save" button to continue
  3. You now have two more sections on the page where you can add graphs and recipients to your report.
    To add a graph click on the "Add" link in the "Graph Items" section of the page
    Chose the graph(s) you want to include in the report and click on the "Go" button at the bottom of the page.
  4. To add a recipient to your report click on the "Add" link in the "Report recipients" section of the page.
    Fill in the email addresse of the recipient (you may add more than one at once just seperate them with a comma).
    Click on the "go" button to finish adding recipients.
  5. Click on the "Save" button and you are done adding your scheduled report
Remove A Scheduled Report To delete a scheduled report just follow the small guide below:
  1. Click on "Handle schedules" at the bottom of the main menu in the "Console"
  2. Locate the report you want to remove on the page and click on the red X.

    Note: The report will be deleted without and questions so make be sure you remove the right one.
