By implementing op5’s systems, Liseberg has obtained a centralized and web based measurability of their internal part-systems, e.g. customer bookings, cash systems, information systems, and internet sales. It is of hightest importance for Liseberg to be able to control its IT environment in detail since operations are so concentrated to the summer months.
The Linde Group started using op5 Monitor in Germany two years ago focusing on availability and fault management for their global wide area network.
