Traceability and Compliance with op5 LogServer

Tanum Municipality needed to simplify its processes for trobleshooting and to comply with new regulations for traceability. With op5 LogServer they achieved both.

 “Now we use op5 LogServer we save a lot of time troubleshooting and it is much easier to trace errors”, says Tommy Karlsson, the IT Engineer responsible for Tanum Municipality’s network and servers. Mr Karlsson continues, “In addition to allowing centralized storing, op5 LogServer has simplified our troubleshooting. Finding errors in complex systems and processes is difficult. With op5 LogServer we can trace the eventlogs chronologically, regardless of differences in time, OS (Operating System) or application. For example it is now easier for us to trace “lost” email messages as we can follow a specific email along its entire path”.

Compliance and traceability with op5 LogServer
