Experiences and Points of View Intrum Justitia has, since September 2003, utilized op5 Monitor. op5 called Filip Danielsson, responsible for the helpdesk, to inquire about if he believed that the system lived up to its expectations. What is your general experience of op5 Monitor?-We have gotten more control with op5. We had “What´s up Gold” previously but op5 Monitor is a completely different product. We didn’t get further than the ping. Regarding interface, op5 Monitor is more proffessional. We now have a program for all information in the Nordic countries. We can also export the information in a standard format to HP Open View.In what way do you utilize the information which is presented?It is important that the information is easy to understand when one is presenting something for the Board. It is easier to affect the decisions when one is able to easily demonstrate if we are in need of more server capacity or more capacity for a production line.How do you utilize the system?-op5 Monitor is a simple program to utilize. Once you installed the system it takes care of itself. One doesn’t need to access it on a daily basis or assign a person to monitor the system on a continuous basis.- For a company of our size we recommend op5 Monitor for the daily use, concludes Filip.
