New report functionality available for op5 Monitor

op5 Monitor now includes new reporting functionality. We have added a replacement for the standard Nagios avail.cgi and also additional SLA reports. The reports can be viewed directly in your web browser or exported as PDF or CSV. You can also schedule your report to deliver them on a regular basis to whoever might be interested.

This update includes:
- Better (correct) functionality in the op5-monitor-release package.
- "Send report now" functionality in Scheduled reports
- Activated file compression on all PDF reports
- More accurate values in piecharts (also added 3 decimal places)
- Fixed bug when loading SLA report with custom reporting period.
